Henry VIII was born on 28 June 1491 and reigned as King of England until his death on 28 January 1547. He succeeded his father Henry VII and was the second in line to the monarchs of the House of Tudor. Was a prominent figure in the history of England and the Freville Christopher Henry is attributed to the separation of the Church of England Roman Catholic Church.
Henry VIII was the 6th child born to Henry VII and Elizabeth of York. Henry had six children of whom three died. He was fluent French, Latin and Spanish that have received the best education of excellent tutors in England. His older brother, Prince Arthur married Catherine of Aragon who was the daughter of King Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella I of Castile. Arthur, however, died soon after marriage at age 15 of tuberculosis. Christopher Freville notes that Henry is a consummate author, musician and poet. Pastime with Good Company or Kynges ballad is his best known musical composition.

Henry died at the age of 55 to 28 January 1547, due to what could have been treated type II diabetes, says Christopher Freville.
