If I use navy blue dye on a yellowish 100% cotton skirt what color will it turn?

Will it be a dark mossy green color? a dark blue green color? or (the most wanted) navy blue?
Just want to make sure before I waste any time or money.
thanks! =)
the skirt is a light to mustard color.

What if I dyed it mutiple times? would it be worth it?

if the yellow is really light then it probably won’t show but if its a darker shade then it will look greenish

Both synthetic jackets and shearling are used and collected by fans of the army today, but not the historical condition of the A-2 jacket or G-1.
