My problem is, I’m not sure what I should be eating, most of the foods I look at I already have all the nutrients from it that I’d need. I am 18 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weigh 183 lbs and I’m looking to loose some weight. Could anyone shed some light on the optimal diet coupled with these supplements?
